Part radio show, part comic book, and part live performance, Intergalactic Nemesis can be properly described only as a “live action graphic novel”. A show originating in Austin, Texas that has been traveling around the world is finally coming to Cleveland to perform Book One of the series, and we two pairs of tickets to giveaway thanks to our wonderful sponsor, Playhouse Square.
First, a little more about the show. It’s 1933 and an invading force of sludge-monsters from outer space are threatening the very future of humanity. Three actors voice dozens of characters while one Foley artist creates hundreds of sound effects and one keyboardist adds the score. On a two-story high screen more than 1,250 individual, full-color, hand-drawn, hi-res, blow-your-mind comic book images to tell the story visually.

Intergalactic Nemesis will be performed Thursday, January 30 at 7:30pm at the Palace Theater. Before the show, we welcome everyone to meet us at Parnell’s Pub at Playhouse Square for the GeekCLE Pre-Party starting at 6p.
