Our Story
Years ago, on a porch in Cleveland, GeekCLE was born and was built into an organization that promoted geek culture in Cleveland. In 2015 we took a hiatus, as we each focused on other pursuits. Now, in 2020, we are coming back, in a scaled down format.
We are still dreaming up how the new GeekCLE will look. Follow us on social media to stay up to date on where you might see GeekCLE next.
Who has GeekCLE worked with?
We’ve worked on a wide variety of events with many Northeast Ohio organizations and businesses such as:
The Alan Cox Show // The B Side Liquor Lounge & Arcade // Carol & Johns Comic Shop // Clear Channel //
Cleveland Public Library // Ground Zero Comics & Cards // Every Bar in Lakewood // Le Femme Mystique Burlesque // Rotten Meat Art Gallery // Ohio City Writers // Playhouse Square //
We’ve been featured on Cleveland.com and in Cleveland Magazine’s Best of Cleveland Issue.
We love learning, reading, watching, and playing. Most importantly we love Cleveland. All of our efforts are to give back to Cleveland a little geek love.
GeekCLE is not for profit organization in Cleveland. We seek to create spaces for people to hangout with and meet others with geeky tendencies.
